The Spirit Torino Mistral is the top-of-the-line Spirit Torino headphones. Every detail has been scrutinized in order to achieve unrivaled tonal balance and response speed, without overlooking an important factor: listening pleasure.

All of the company’s headphones share what it calls “Spirit Sound,” an innate sense of rhythm determined by an impressive dynamic similar to that felt during a live concert.

The Twin Pulse Isobaric System technology, from which the headphone gets its name, was the first to be applied to a headphone. Two high-performance speakers are connected in series and move synchronously across the entire audio spectrum.

This novel configuration enables the speakers to transmit the aerodynamic flows from the vents more quickly, resulting in impressive dynamics. This design also reduces distortion and dynamic compression, doubles the headphones’ power handling capacity, and provides impedance for efficient amplification.

A Spirit headset’s engine could only be exceptional; the base unit is built to our specifications by drive wizard Jaco Burger.

ALUMINUM INERTIAL FRAME

Spirit’s inertial frame combines an anti-coronal aluminum structure made of solid with an anti-resonant Dynamat TM and anti-reflective treatment for the internal chamber, making it completely inert to the stresses of the drive.

This design method optimizes the focus of the soundstage and eliminates coloration added to the reproduced sound as a result of material interactions.
