Built around a software-controlled architecture with minimal hardware dependency, HYPSOS remains flexible, future-proof, and ready for firmware enhancements.

Hybrid Power System

At the heart of HYPSOS lies its innovative linear/switching hybrid topology.

This design combines:

• The ultra-low ripple and noise characteristics of a linear power supply
• The fast transient response and efficiency of a modern switching design

The result is a power delivery system that is exceptionally stable, clean, and dynamically responsive.

Wide Voltage Range – Maximum Versatility

HYPSOS offers:

• Continuously adjustable output voltage from 5–30 V
• Up to 6 A continuous current (below 13.3 V)
• Up to 80 W continuous output power
• 9 A maximum impulse current

Users can select from a list of pre-configured device profiles or manually define custom parameters. This makes HYPSOS one of the most universal high-performance DC power supplies available.

Sweet Spot Tuning (SST)

HYPSOS allows precise fine-tuning of the output voltage — even while the device is operating.

This enables direct listening comparisons and makes it possible to identify the optimal voltage “sweet spot” for connected equipment. Adjustments are safe and seamlessly executed in real time.

4T Sensing Design (4TSD)

The proprietary four-terminal sensing system ensures that the exact voltage is delivered at the DC input of the powered device.

Two conductors supply power, while two additional conductors provide continuous voltage feedback. This compensates for cable resistance and eliminates voltage drops under load, significantly improving transient response and overall stability.
