The STRADA is a closed dynamic headphone manufactured in Romania, built on an advanced LIRIC chassis. Sound: controlled, unexcited, comprehensible

Inside, there is a 50 mm dynamic driver based on the design of the 109 PRO. For the STRADA, it has been specifically tuned for use in a closed chamber.

The carbon fiber-reinforced cellulose diaphragm, beryllium-coated torus, and surrounding stabilization ring are not marketing gimmicks, but part of a clear goal: control, low distortion, clean decay. You don’t hear it as an effect—you notice it because nothing interferes.

Workmanship and comfort

Typical Meze: the workmanship and choice of materials are beyond reproach. The Macassar ebony ear cups look high-quality without being ostentatious. The magnesium chassis is lightweight, sturdy, and cleanly finished. The magnetically attached ear pads are suitable for everyday use and easy to maintain.

At 330 grams, the STRADA remains comfortable to wear. The headband distributes pressure evenly and ventilation is well designed. Even after prolonged use, there are no noticeable hot spots.

Not a short-term product

Like all current Meze headphones, the STRADA has a modular design and is fully serviceable. Cushions, cables, components—everything is designed for replacement and repair. This is not a minor detail, but part of the product philosophy.
