We understand – investing  in high-end audio gear is a deeply personal decision. You want to be sure it feels right and sounds perfect. While we always encourage in-store testing, we understand that’s not an option for everyone.

That’s why we offer a Try at Home option – so you can experience the sound in your own environment before making the final call.

But we also care about more than just good sound. Every return, especially of brand-new items, comes with a cost. Packaging waste, unnecessary shipping impact, and wear on pristine gear – they all add up.

This program is offered mindfully to those who genuinely aren’t sure if a product suits them.

Here’s how it works:

Consultation Required
This service is only available after a quick phone or email consultation, so we can help match you with the right gear before anything ships.

Trial Fee & Deposit
A non-refundable €50 fee covers handling and supports the program. A 50% deposit is also required and is fully refundable if you return the item in perfect condition.

Trial Period & Returns
The trial period is limited and set during consultation. Products must be returned in the same condition, with all original accessories and packaging. Demo units must be returned before shipping a final purchase.

EU Only
This program is currently available to customers within the European Union.
