Our team consists of: 6 hearing technicians 8 ear lab technicians 4 developers 3 designers 6 customer consultants 2 people in the back office  

We asked our team what the difference is to other companies. The word that came up most often was passion. Passion for listening to the customer as well as handcrafting high-quality products for the ear. We strike a balance between tradition and innovation.

Founder Andreas Schmitt and most of our employees have stood behind the name InEar for more than 20 years. We’re a family business with heart. Here some members of our tech department.

In recent years, the next generation, Miriam Lettau and Marius Schmitt, have joined the successful company and have been welcomed with open ears.
